Slick Phishing Scam
Monday, May 1st, 2006We received a unique email the other day from the well-known Internet marketer, Jeff Mulligan, who manages the entire CB Mall enterprise. Jeff was humble enough to “confess” that even with all of his knowledge and experience, he had recently been deceived by a very sophisticated phishing scam. Jeff was also thoughtful enough to provide us with all the details about this phishing scam, so that we could avoid not only this specific scam but also others that use similar tricks. He encouraged us to inform others about it.
I thought that this issue was important enough that I should devote a whole web page to it, so I created a web page that tells you how to obtain Jeff Mulligan’s PDF file describing the exact details of this latest evil phishing scam. Please tell all of your friends and acquaintances about this scam before they become victims as well. Send them a link to the page below by email, or link to it in your blogs or on your websites. This is the link to the Phishing Scam Information page, and the exact URL address is:

The scammers are getting more and more sophisticated, using very intelligent cryptographers (computer code specialists), and according to press reports are often joining together into cyber rings to loot our money and make us victims of identity theft. Being informed and forewarned is an essential part of our defense.
(Even though Jeff Mulligan only wanted to get this urgent information out and was not trying to sell anything, if you want to see an example of one his sites you can go to CB Mall.
